We’ve known since early April that last night’s (May 14) season finale of “The Vampire Diaries” would be Nina Dobrev’s final appearance on the show.
But there’s a difference between knowing a thing and living through it, as fans of Nina and her “Vampire Diaries” character Elena Gilbert discovered last night, through a waterfall of tears, under a pile of soggy Kleenex, inside a tornado of emotions.
