Spider-Man to apperar in Animation

Spider-Man is going back to his cartoon roots in an animated film by the directors of The Lego Movie.
The new movie, to be released in 2018, will have filmmakers Phil Lord and Christopher Miller at the helm, Sony Pictures announced.
The pair will also write and produce the fully animated film featuring the superhero who first appeared in Marvel comic books in 1962.
As well as the hugely successful Lego Movie, they were behind animated film Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs as well as 21 Jump Street and its sequel 22 Jump Street, starring Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum.
The cartoon version will exist independently of the live action film franchise which has spawned five movies and made more than £2.5bn at the box office.
Andrew Garfield as Spider-Man
The sixth instalment is due for release in July 2017, but currently has no leading man after British actor Andrew Garfield, who starred in two of the films, was dropped.
Actors who are reportedly being considered to play the coveted role include Nat Wolff, Asa Butterfield, Tom Holland, Timothee Chalamet and Liam James.
